Gabby Garcia, a junior at Basha High in Arizona, secured a third consecutive victory in the girls elite javelin throw with a 148-1 (45.14m) performance at the 83rd Chandler Rotary Invitational at Chandler High in Arizona. Garcia produced five throws beyond 145 feet in her series.
